CIA Open Jobs, Here's Requirements. United States intelligence agencies, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), put an ad on television to find potential candidates spy. "Do not just look at the news, join us, 24 hours a day," says the narrator in the ad.

This is the first time the CIA to openly conduct recruitment. Previously, according to CNN, the CIA was never as open as this in the search for potential spies.

CIA Director, Leon Panetta, said that they are looking for youth across the United States who can speak languages ​​other than their mother.

Panetta said that the CIA particularly looking for people from Middle Eastern communities in the U.S. who can speak Pashto and From, the two ethnic Persian language which is often used in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iran. In addition, they are also looking for youth who speaks fluent Chinese.

"Our agents will need to collect information from abroad. By talking the language of the country, they would easily blend in and extract information from the source," said Panneta.

The new intelligence agents who will be recruited would eventually be placed in units of the National Clandestine Service officially announced its formation in 2005. Although this work seems interesting and prestigious, but apparently not everyone's attention. Among those not interested are two students at the University of Maryland who is fluent in Arabic and was targeted for CIA recruited.

"The spy was not something I wanted to do, I want to be a diplomat," said another student, Faith Tsz Yin Ng, when asked the same thing.

Patty Brandmaier, head of the CIA's recruitment, said they are looking for people with diverse backgrounds. This work, he said, also can be used as alternative employment for the beginner.

"We need to convince many people to consider working in the CIA as one of a variety of employment options," he said.
