We are for Japan (T-shirt), MotoGP Rider Solidarity

The earthquake and tsunami that struck Japan invited the concerns of various circles, MotoGP rider community is no exception. Some 17 riders who are contestants in the most prestigious motor racing class is producing a special T-shirt signed by them, with the message "We are for Japan" (which means approximately "our solidarity to Japan").

Clothes will be available in a variety of circuits this year, including also the official website of the MotoGP, the price of 20 euros (about USD 247,000). Money from the sale will go to humanitarian organizations during the race at Motegi Circuit, Japan, on 2 October.

I hope they can find the courage to keep fighting and get through this period to help rebuild their lives. "

Valentino Rossi: "This is a very difficult moment for everyone, but we provide support to Japan and we've always been with friends from Japan. We encourage and support them so as not to give up, and I wish the team good luck and overshadow everyone. "
